PATRICK’s G&C

Beat the heat and enjoy a Mulvaney’s B&L warm-weather favorite! On the rocks, Patrick’s G&C is the refreshing cucumber-gin libation you didn’t know you needed this summer!

Preparing the CUCUMBER MIXTURE

Ingredients:

  • 2 English cucumbers, one peeled
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. citric acid
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Rough chop cucumbers and add remaining ingredients to food processor
  2. Puree until well blended
  3. Strain to remove pulp
  4. Keep refrigerated

When refrigerated, the cucumber mixture should last 2-3 days.

PREPARING THE G&C

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1 1/2 oz. Cucumber mixture
  • Splash of fresh lime juice

Add all ingredients into a shaker and fill with ice. Shake till frothy and pour into a rock glass. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge or slice and enjoy!
